This panel appointment allows local councils, state agencies and eligible buyers across New South Wales to streamline the procurement of Stormwater Services Australia’s specialist consulting capabilities without the need for repeated tendering.

- Blacktown City Council (PCD Automation Strategy): Delivered an end-to-end feasibility assessment, market scan and closed-loop "Push-API" integration strategy for Council's ~350 Pollution Control Devices (PCDs). The strategy shifts operations from a redundant schedule-based manual inspection model to a data-driven, telemetric condition-based maintenance model.
- Hornsby Shire Council (GPT & WSUD Treatment Train Upgrades): Conducted physical audits across 45 stormwater sites, followed by detailed hydraulic modeling (DRAINS), topographic surveying, concept/detailed designs and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for 15 priority Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT) and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) assets.
- Illawarra Shoalhaven Joint Organisation (Natural Hazard Monitoring Sector Scan): Executed a multi-hazard technology scan evaluating ~140 suppliers and 120 sensor technologies across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and Shoalhaven Councils. Designed a standardised Regional Infrastructure Archetype framework to bridge macro-radar blind spots and de-risk IoT procurement.

Through the LGP1208-5 panel, NSW councils can now directly engage Stormwater Services Australia for end-to-end consulting, condition auditing, hydraulic modeling, and smart asset automation via VendorPanel.
